​How Do I Place An Order?

 

Items to be purchased are to be added into cart and will be then proceeded to payment using credit card and TouchNGo e-wallet payments.

Shipping

 

The shipping for the purchases from our website will be handled by our trusted courier partnership with POSLAJU. Shipping rates differ based on the Peninsula Malaysia and East Malaysia. Shipping rates will be depending on location with a rate between RM7 - RM25 with premium care from our courier services.

Tracking your Order

 

After transaction process, please allow 30 minutes for our courier service to pick up your purchased package from our premises and allow our partnership courier 1 to 2 working days to generate a tracking code. Tracking code can be used in POSLAJU express tracking website under https://www.tracking.my/poslaju

Returns & Refunds

 

Returns are able to be performed if the items that we had sent are either faulty or not what the customers had purchased plus if the courier failed to fulfilled 1 to 2 working days submission of tracking code. The requirements for return to be eligible is that as soon as package is opened, faulty items are to be identified and contact us from our customer service provider with an invoice shown of purchase. If eligible, customers are able to either have their items refunded or replaced with a new item of the same one from the gift box.
